Svencele Residential Neighborhood

Sparta Estate developed a modern 3,000m² neighborhood in the up-and-coming area of Svencele in 2020. This project, valued at €2.7M, included 27 houses, all of which were sold. Our full-package approach covered everything from site acquisition and concept development to building permits, infrastructure, and partial fit-out, creating a thriving new community.
